Project Goal
Phase 1: Discovery
Discovery started with research to understand existing product, user flow and conducting competitive analysis.

Phase 2: Brainstorming & Design Review
After gathering all the findings, a project kickoff meeting was scheduled with the PM to go over project requirements.
Initial mockups was created and run by design team to make sure all of the elements are aligned with our system library to maintain design consistency of the product.
Phase 2: Clickable Prototype
Once the mocks were approved by the team another meeting took place including PM and Engineers to make sure all the user cases were covered and there were no stopping points on the technical side.
High-fidelity clickable prototype was created using Figma .
Phase 3: User Testing
User testing was conducted with 6 participants who are currently enrolled in Medicare plans.
The sessions were led by our research team where all of the outputs were carefully synthesized to continue with the development of a new design.
Phase 4: Iterate
New mocks were created with clickable prototype for another round of user testing to make sure the user experiences no pain points while using this tool.
Phase 5: Design handoffs to the dev team
Once the tool was tested and got positive feedback from the users, high-fidelity mockups were created for Desktop/Tablet/Mobile with specs and interaction details. Working closely with the development team, I made sure all of the designs are consistent with our design elements.
