PRODUCT DESIGN
Designed process, rewired for AI.
I bring product design and AI workflow thinking into every sprint — turning messy problems into sharper research, stronger prototypes, and better decisions.
PORTFOLIO
2026
The design process,
rewired for AI.
I’m Anna, a Senior Product Designer based in San Francisco. I bring product design experience and AI workflow thinking into the full design sprint - from messy problems to sharper research, stronger prototypes, and better product thinking.
HOW I WORK
AI belongs in the thinking -
not just the pixels.
Most teams apply AI at the final 10% - the mockups. I use it earlier, where better decisions are made: what to build, for whom, and why.
01
RESEARCH & SYNTHESIS
Get to the truth, faster.
I use AI to turn research, feedback, and data into clearer patterns -helping teams understand what matters, what needs validation, and where to focus next.
Where judgment matters: choosing what to focus on next.
RESEARCH SYNTHESIS
FEEDBACK ANALYSIS
INSIGHT MAPPING
02
STRATEGY & EXPLORATION
From ideas to direction.
AI helps explore multiple directions quickly - flows, information architecture, copy, edge cases, and prototypes. The value is not more options. It is creating enough contrast to make a better decision.
Where judgment matters: turning options into a clear direction.
FLOW MAPPING
AI EXPLORATION
REUSABLE AI PROMPTING
RAPID PROTOTYPING
03
CRITIQUE, TESTING & DECISIONS
Keep it honest
I run structured critique loops and combine AI-assisted review with real user testing to stress-test assumptions before launch. AI can surface risks and counterarguments, but people make the final call.
Where judgment matters: knowing when to ship, hold, or rethink

2026
Complex problems, clear decisions.
I'm Anna, a Senior Product Designer in San Francisco. I work on regulated, high-stakes products — Medicare, healthcare, fintech — turning messy rules and systems into decisions people can actually make. I bring AI into the thinking, not just the pixels.
HOW I WORK
AI belongs in the thinking -
not just the pixels.
I use AI earliest, where the decisions are made: what to build, for whom, and why.
01
RESEARCH & SYNTHESIS
Get to the truth, faster.
Interviews, feedback and data → clear patterns and priorities in hours, not weeks.

02
STRATEGY & EXPLORATION
From ideas to prototypes.
Explore flows and edge cases quickly; build real prototypes in Figma Make and Claude Code, not click-throughs.
Where judgment matters: turning options into one direction.

RAPID PROTOTYPING
EDGE-CASE EXPLORATION

SELF-INITIATED AI PRODUCT
When the tool didn’t exist, I designed one.

Design Mentor is a self-initiated AI product concept that turns rough ideas into structured UX sprint outputs. It guides designers through problem definition, user flows, mockups, critique, and testing preparation — with AI agents acting as embedded design partners throughout the process.
