Description

One of the most important tools for mortgage companies is an ability to create custom flyers for social media. Currently, existing software is not intuitive enough to allow the user - Loan Offices to easily create flyers and manage flyer’s library.

Project Goal

Design a Dashboard for Loan Officers with the following functionalities:

  • Easily view the entire collection of created flyers.

  • Ability to create, read, update and delete (CRUD) flyers.

  • Ability to easily share flyers on social media.

Process

  • Brainstorm, research and explore different ways to display collection of flyers in a clean and very simple way.

  • Find best approach to display a hierarchy file system to keep flyers in the categorized folders. 

 


Solution

  • Develop cards layout with a very visible and clear call for actions. It is important for LO to have a quick access to View/Email/Edit or Share Flyer on Social Media. 

  • Create a hierarchy file system, to be able to create, safe and organize flyers into categories.
