The use of wording is inconsistent, such as "Oncoversing" vs "Chat". Makes the user feel confused what page their on.
Unclear who message is from, what time it was sent and what case it is belongs to.
Call of action is not well defined, where to click to view more information.
Process
Learn and understand the way physicians use OnCoverse tool.
Develop Site Map and User Flows.
Solution
Come up with the design that gives physicians ability to quickly view emails and respond in most proficient way.
To clearly identify each call of action and create seamless user flow.
